A Poem by Virellius an Fiach
"

Well, I THOUGHT this was the Arabic Ghazel structure. Seems I was wrong. It's good anyways, right?

"

Statue
Beautiful, the golden glow of your smiling face
I run my hand softly over your blushing face
The only thing between us is cursed time and space
the silent passion on your marbled staring face
My stoney lover, how I burn for you; the sun
I find solace in your tender, comforting face
How fright'ning, the dead, unchanging look in your eyes
as I stare into your cold and accusing face
Clinging to the semblance of life in you stone soul
As I see the truth behind that unliving face.
