Another one of my early romantic poems I did.

A Special Love

Did you ever think to your self that you found that special love?

Then you start thinking to your self that it’s out of this world like the heaven above

You cherish it and take advantage of it like there’s no tomorrow

Because you know if you don’t you’ll end up in sorrow

You’d do anything for that love; lie, cry, and even die

If he or she ever left you they can’t say you didn’t try

A special love is what everyone’s looking for

You have to search and look around because they’re not just going to come knock on your door

Don’t think you’re not going to find one

It takes time; there’s one out there for everyone

When you do find it take care of it, cherish it, and take advantage of it

Because if you don’t you just might lose it
