Suffocate Thus Frozen

Suffocate Thus Frozen

A Poem by Violetta Alexis
"

Topped by white nightmares...

"

Suffocate Thus Frozen

I have seen flowers suffocate
underneath snowy drizzles.
topped by white nightmares and silenced
like a forgotten corpse.

I smiled in the warmth of a dark room,
and spied from a dusty, distant window.
"There she watches from the comfort of her window",
they whispered.

and I wondered why the flowers were dying.
