Twisted

Twisted

A Poem by Danielle Asher
"

Art inspiration. A poem written about my former life as a dancer and how I was inspired but someone show was a musician. Part of the "no1knowsViolet" collection

"

Sick and twisted

I like the thinking

And it inspires my body

To twitch

Extending into movement

Following your rhythm

Crazy and it excites me

Flashbacks of a wild red crinoline gown

(it was supposed to be a slip)

Messed Hair

Let go

Releasing my body like swimming frantically

All over the fishbowl

I was the only fish

Free to offend the observers eyes

As you do their ears

Though not mine

I light up

It astounds you

If I were Smurfette which Smurf would you be?
