Filling my mind again

Filling my mind again

A Poem by Danielle Asher
"

sometimes they just sneak up on you

"

The words got lost
Just like you and I
It reminded me of a time we made sound effects together
Thoughts it took me so long to stop thinking
Now I find them filling my mind again

Listening to Home
Stirred up dreams of you
Our love was pure and undeniable
You treated me like s**t nonetheless

Before my eyes you turned into a helpless child
Burning up and I tried to cool you
Sounds like real life
The past

I wonder how she is doing
It is not truly posed as a question but just a wonder
Her womb is kicking once again, and your apprehension I confidently assume is the same
The words were not the only point that got lost
Also the love
And the truth

I absolutely love the first stanza. And how you connect the last three lines back to the first two lines. Awesome.
