Sonnet of The Wood

Sonnet of The Wood

A Poem by V. P. Trujillo
"

Watch her, as she does you.

"

Deep untamed and very alive, is she

A gorgeous sort with perils just as well

Singing a soft song of the brushing leaves

A life forever wherein end is all

For beginnings she prides as having most

Cycles of nature that she seeds complete

For this she has praise and many give toast

Then lay in wait till the next summer’s eve

As of this night, there lasts a glimmer of

Light; warmth in the breeze and stirring echoes

Breaths come soft, for an old day done; what come

For after, will be beckoned mellower

Though when changes abruptly come, they may

Seem as hardships, just do as trees do; sway

Gaia of all ages,
Drifted through her daughters,
Demeter, of all years,
Found through her veins,
Death is only there,
When lived through a soul,
Finding it's rope of life,
Sway like the wind talks,
Around the neck of pain
To hang the grief, of love,
To afterlife...

But yet, after there is life...
Love is beyond beauty, less dangerous,
Yet ever so perfect.
Far away in distance,
Close to soul.
More bearable in the heart
When Spring returns,
And grain and grass are green again...

Beautiful this piece of writing....
Thanks for sharing Bro,
There is no harm in anything,
Death and rebirth are beautiful...
It's like the Phoenix again, again and again... :)

Very nice.
A beautiful praise to Mother Nature it appears to be. When changes suddenly occur, they may seem like hardships, but go with the natural flow of things and all will turn out well, as supposed, as it always has and will. This shines.
