The Real

A heart tarnished
garnished with some hope
a man feels pain too, with heart broke
wanna be held just as tightly, just like a woman

why are males overlooked, like feelings had we couldn't.
like no cushion from society, macho male no priority.
but there's another side of me, and indeed it's a sight to see.
woman act like men don't struggle, and cry, get deceived

portrayed by the media, pompous and inaccurately
I hope to enlighten, and I hope for change
less we all falter, and all refuse to grow and stay the same.
