Last Dance - My SugarA Poem by VikrantsinghDad dying and her daugter came to meet him..On my bed, I got her last kiss on my lips/sasses, I lost all my desires, just assured it was my sugar. She left her wedding and came to do my last dance, She held my hands and the music from heaven played aloud. I was holding my last breath harder and asking my god to give me enduringness, It was my most well-chosen day - she kept her anticipation and I was the luckiest one to hold her. Her prayers, my love - looking at her grace - she was a miraculous beauty. My love, I loved you more than anyone. She held me back and bossomed me tight, I cried a little and she did the same. I was holding back my last breathe, I took her hand and gave it to his bridegroom. I made a notion (you both look beautiful & please take care of my sugar). Those were my last words and I went back to sleep. Machine started beeping... Beep... Beep… Beep... God send me back - I captured my last picture, Then went back - into deeper sleep. Just the next moment, doctors declared; I was no more, They were crying aloud, I was happy to see them together. Ah! Thank you my almighty, thank you again, I had reached paradise with my last dance. © 2016 Vikrantsingh |
