A beautiful fallA Poem by VictoriaLaughing for hours on end Smiling like God has spoken Yet it's just their suits shining The long dresses that they wear, with crowns made of nothing Smiling and joking as the biggest farce of the world But it's real somehow to them Somehow accepted than feared Feared for it's bottomless glimmer There all of it is lost The unseen beauty that they don't wear The one not shown on the big screen But sacred for the ones who see it Then it's the loud laughing once more With the glimmer so bright that there is nothing left but it They fall into it with the grace of a ballerina The blindness of a mole They cry in the darkness of the night but smile to the world in the daylight "That's just how life is like" Their little lullaby
