The taste of coffee on lips glossed with The reality of everything behind me And tinted with the curiosity of everything before me Pressed together in a mix of bitten color And bitter flavors that meld As I watch the sun come up over a quiet city Blanketed in cold that creeps into the crevasses Of ones thoughts pulling forth a rambling Of emotions from days gone by And taking the mind down a curious path Wondering what tomorrow may bring And in the midst of wondering the smell of coffee breaks through Pulling me back to my cold reality Sun higher than before Shooting sparkling rays off frosted snow Making it seem like such a nicer place Than the mind knows And the lips speak of.
I liked the feel of this one. I can identify with this since you seem like a dreamer-as am I. Nice command of descriptive words.

We were able to download our work, but they didn't give nearly enough time, as you had to take it individually piece by piece. So here I am, trying to learn this site and just keep the words moving :)
