Alone
People in my life come in and stay I welcome the visit but long for solitude (which I never truly get) but create by building a wall and keeping my distance in solitude. Why I find my own company so appealing is beyond me but I long for peace and reflection. I'll smile and talk and enjoy your company for a time Because there will come a time when we can't. © 2020 Vicki T. |
