Monochromicorn

Monochromicorn

A Poem by Daring Darling Didi
"

Inspired by Emily Dickinson.

"
Swirling
and Twirling
in Circles
of Power
Dancing
our Waltzes
without keeping Time
you know where you're going
right now, back then
never Lost
find what I've Hidden
no depth is too Deep
for your feet
aren't as small as your child's.

Author's Note

Daring Darling Didi
Take a guess at what this is about; people tend to think either Wiccan Casting Circles or a neglectful parent. I'm not quite sure myself, but the title comes from when someone thought I was talking about the relationship between Lady Rainicorn and Jake from Adventure Time.

Nicely written, I like the depth in this.

My guess: Ouroboros, the snake with the tail in its mouth, the infinite measure of time. Very nicely written. The words flowed very gracefully in a cyclical way.
