FeetA Poem by Keith JeffriesA personal assessment of my feet
Feet
I have always taken great pride in my two feet. I admire them and care for them every day. They are large as I am tall and broad. They are wide with well chiselled toes. Manicured with attention lavished on them. I often see others secretly admire them. As I stand and walk they are their maximum width. Splendour is a word which comes to mind. As they are splendid specimens of masculinity. I loathe wearing shoes and socks which cramp. And can deform then into ugly contorted shapes. Bare foot is the way to go or in sandals also. I wish my legs were a better match, thicker perhaps. Hairy legs which reach down to the ankles. And stop abruptly to give way to feet of clarity. My feet are also sensual as are those of others I see. I am a connoisseur of men's feet. An observer. Some would say that it is a fetish. How can this be when other parts parts have beauty. Why should feet be discriminated against? Perhaps they are too lowly to earthy indeed. Thighs, chests, faces, figures all have their merit. But feet are discarded and seen as out of place. Better they are covered as a fig leaf on genitalia. My feet are out of the closet and enjoy their pride. Never have they been forced to hide. They have stood the test of time believe me. People may buy items which are second hand. But my feet have pride of place.
