Hymn of Fate

Timeless cycle: End, yet Morrow
Spirals tight the threaded line
Of bloom and wither, Joy and Sorrow
Begets the veil intertwine

Yet from loom, a thread once broken,
Strays against the Weaver’s will.
Drifts away what Fate had spoken,
To the place where time stood still.

Tread ye not on doubt or haze,
Lest thy fire wane to ash.
Beckons time to ever raze,
To ever bind thine bone and flesh.

For those who seek to cut the tread,
Toll the weight of their own cherished.
For Fate would rather on their stead
Have all they hold most dearly perished.
