Ice and SnowA Poem by Trent FilesBorn into this land of Ice and Snow Born with a heroes blood Blessed with strength of a bear And cunning of a wolf
Venturing into the depths of desire Seeing what lies in sleep Hoping to find something to inspire And no longer weep
Finding naught but ice so cold Frostbite is all thats's felt Hero's blood now runs bold In a land never to melt
Fear invades like the frost Fallen souls kneel In a land where all seems lost And men learn to feel
When fate turns away The winds of change blow Here in this land they stay In the land of Ice and Snow © 2012 Trent FilesAuthor's Note
