This is very effective, especially if as you say you are a novice writer. I've looked through a couple of your older poems as well and you seem to have the most important thing going for you - you're honest in your writing.

To be or not to be...only you can decide between the two. BUT you should never rush to choose one over the other when they dwell so close beside each other. Take a deep breath and take your time, it is the most important decision of any life. I hope you will choose to be, I would miss my friend, I do not have many.
