This very specific thing is giving me anxiety and I don't know what about it is. I do know that I read a bunch of webnovels when I came up with the idea and went with it trying to use the format with my own ideas. Because of some of the choices I've made in it, I'm only going to be publishing it online, and not like, money making from it. Most of what I'm worried about is relationship progression, pacing, and medical inaccuracies.
