Just a drabble. My friend's boyfriend is possesive over her sometimes. (Why are you going out with your friends? Why won't you hang out with me?) Pssh, it's cause we don't belong in the loony bin.

Your poem is clear and makes me question why are they together. After reading the author notes I see the main cause is possessiveness an ugly little relationship and spirit killer in my opinion. I agree with what PJ wrote. It is so very true. Good write.
