Fog

Fog

A Poem by Dreamwaker

Fog

Running through the fog she lost herself
No one is around to tell her that it's over
Empty fate - it's too close to near.

Barren is the snow that tracks her steps
Too thick is the fog to ever let her turn back
Ravens fly, and there are serpents near.

Deep in her mind,
It's only fractured
But her heart's no compare
For it is shattered

See the fog just roll away
Look around
Isn't she lost again?
They knew she'd never find her way
She'll never get back home
See how easy it is to die from pain?
Oh, she will search in vain
But she will die alone

Falling on her knees
She'll run no more
As she beckons the moon to set her into darkness
Forever more, she's apart of the night.

About
I wish I could play an instrument, because I love to write lyrics. Though I can sing quite well, I have that certain limit that only intrumental music can remedy. I am inspired by everything; peop.. more..
