Falling.

Falling into the pond of Never,

Never, now and forever,

Forever theirs,

Forever yours,

Forever ours, but never mine,

Drowning in the pond of Never,

Drowning in its broken dreams,

To hold, and,

To be held,

To touch, and,

To be touched,

To speak, and,

To be spoken to.

To live life,

With the blissful lullaby,

Singing softly in your mind.

In your slumber,

You never feel them,

Only while you're awake,

You see them,

Those chains,

So cold they burn,

Weighed down,

By the rotting bodies,

Of your memories,

Forever dragging you down,

Deeper into the pond of Never.
