Red Car

Red Car

A Poem by VelvetPotato

Don't trust a red car,
The owner, a smug lion,
Maybe a Big-Shot-Bryan,
Views himself as "Czar."

Or other, insecure type,
Neophyte or prone to side swipes,
Chose the red car,
To be seen from afar.

they used to say "the care makes the man"
but flash is flash....it's what's inside the car that really counts.
just like it is what is inside the man or woman.
The unobtrusive, dark blue...that is what i like....simple, undemanding.
No attention to itself or himself.

They call red cars "Arrest me red" I guess they get pulled over more. Red cars are beautiful though. I enjoyed your creative write. Awesome
