Peace, My SonA Poem by VassDFather… Where
can You be? Where
is it that You’re hiding, And what
keeps You far from me?
The pain
we feel We
feel for You. How
long wilt Thou, Lord, suffer us To
bleed and die for truth?
The Ruler
of the earth You are And all
the things that in them are Would
it be so hard for Thee To light
the dark and calm the sea?
Wilt
Thou not remember us? Please,
dear God, remember us. Fight
our fights, yes, for the Saints Protect
Thy people again this day.

Peace,
my child And know
that I am God Know
that I am on your side I’ll
never let you fall
Strength,
my child The
pain you feel Is
but a single moment And I
am always near
Thy
friends still stand beside thee And I
am always by thee You
yet again still do stand strong You
fight the fight, I’ll right the wrong
I
will hold you up now Don’t
worry about the rest Just
keep on walking forward And I’ll
hold you til the end
Peace,
my child And
know that I’m your God Know
I’m always by your side I
will NEVER let you fall © 2012 VassDAuthor's Note
