To the JadedA Poem by Vanessa_Page1996Destroyed the tallest Of dearest securities
Let the hollow stamp of passion
Steal it all away
For the love in me has died
With the falling of our weather vane
That lingering voices
And insatiable downpours
Of confusion
Have persuaded to fall
Rusted vane
You squealed enough
In the April breeze
And now you are gone
The silence lies softly
Like the blush of shyness
On my broken hearted
Lamentations
We will spend
Our forever
Traversing in search
Of a thousand versions
Which remain but the same,
Beneath the heaviness
Of a single night…
Intolerable.
