Decisions

Decisions

A Poem by Van

I know you thought twice, but your decisions made me.
Sometimes I wanted fun, but your decisions saved me.
I know what I get myself into; you just don't understand.
I'm in a bubble trying to get out of your hands.
I'm determined and I'll make it on my own.
One day no need to have a place to call home.
I know what to say, what to do, and how to think.
You've raised me well, give yourself a break
and let me off the brink.
