First Snow

First Snow

A Poem by Vampyrica1995

As the snow fell upon her porcelain skin,
I watched as the crimson liquid seeped,
Running from her throat down to her shoulder.
Her blue eyes became like glass,
And her ruby lips shuddered.

The moonlight reflected off her body as she lay,
Becoming colder and colder
She fell silent
What have I done?

I regretted it,
But I loved it
I am the monster,
Damned to kill those I love
I must seek isolation,
Get away,
And live a lonely existence
For eternity.
