Hiding pain and waking up the next day

Hiding pain and waking up the next day

A Poem by Raven Dye
"

This is to my best friend Were reunited recently and i fell in love with hm all over again. we havent see each for three years. When we talked, he told me about him pain and he attemp to commit suicide. I was heartbroken and felt awful that i wasnt

"

What did you think you were doing?

Hiding the pain so well.

Such a happy face in person

But alone you went threw hell

Someone could have helped you

All you had to do was cry

I would have held you

The night you wanted to die

What the hell were you thinking

When tried what you did

I would have helped you

But instead the pain you hid

Waking up the next day

realizing you were still in hell

looking at yourself in the mirror

you eyes and skin so pale

this was not your plan

you wanted to die so bad

you think of what you did

then it makes you mad

I would have held you

all day and night

i would have helped you

threw the long endless fight

Even tho i wasnt around

and you thought you'd never see me again

im here now.

and im going to help you

threw your cries

and endless pain.

Awe that is really so touching... showing such unconditional love and compassion with straight up raw emotions. That is how you know it comes straight from the heart.
