Dear Mr. President I have something to say

Dear Mr. President I have something to say

A Poem by Vampiregirl

The president tells us

we'll all be okay

and that we shall all live

to see another day

But the pain we feel

thats just too great to bear

Makes that next day

make your heart want to tear

The stories of houses of homes

being taken away

the ones can afford to

have to struggle to stay

theres killings and torture

over a small piece of bread

and little small children

being found starving and dead

Now Mr. president

tell me what you see

Dont you see the horror

where could your happiness be?

So we all think

about that day to come

And we wonder

we think long and hard

of all the things to ponder

For now Mr president

Your excuses do work

but sooner or later

your job you cant sherk
