One of these days

One of these days i will see the eiffel tower,

go all the way to the top

see the view of london

the lights, the beautiful color of the sun setting in the horizon

 

One of these days i will buy my dream house,

Filled with my loved possessions

the place in which I can relax,

can call mine

 

One of these days I will stand up for myself,

face those who taunt me

instead of cowering

I will prove I am strong, not weak

 

One of these days I will be confident in myself,

not care how other people view me

ignore how society says you have to be skinny

and see that I am perfect the way I am

 

One of these days I will...
