What would it take...to reach inside of your heart;

Stir up old memories...before love did depart?

How could one...reach deeply into your soul;

Recapture what is needed...to make life again whole.

 

Can old memories...take a few steps through your mind;

Uncover pictures...of sweet love and golden times?

Take a few moments...to bask, far back into the past;

Before the pain of a love...that did not last.

 

How can one reach into...your heart and soul?

Find the broken pieces, mend them...again make you whole.
