        Holidays are Coming

Waiting for the coming holidays,

First giving thanks...then giving praise.

They only come around once a year,

Bring smiles and laughter...also cheer.

Being thankful for all God has done.

Then comes the month to honor and praise,

The birth... of Jesus... God's only Son.

Thanksgiving now past...Christmas is on its way.

Soon another New Year to get out of the way.

Holidays indeed are the best time to be with our loved ones:) December is a really lovely part of an year, because Christmas falls in this month :)that something we wait for the entire year:)

Not your strongest write Valentine I feel, in terms of flow and eloquence but it has such a rich vein of sincerity that it the aesthetics are easily overlooked.

I saw an episode of Everybody Loves Raymond in which they staged a play about the pilgrims and their saving by the natives (Squanto) - too funny.
