"For Love Of Lee"

"I love you', seems such shallow words,

When over and over...they are heard.

With nothing positive to show...

What every lover's heart should know.

For feelings go, beyond "three words.'

Other feelings, need to be heard.

Words like, "I am so thankful for,"

"Your simple traits, that I adore."

"I appreciate your honesty,'

And your strong faith in me.

Every day, so many simple things;

That go beyond a wedding ring.

So hard working, and always true;

You made a vow, and you've came through.

Never causing me worry or doubt;

No need that I am ever, left without.

Before I can even speak the task;

You have solved it, and it is past.

You're not just my lover...but my best friend;

And I cannot even remember when..

.

I ever  lived without you...

Or all of the loving things you do;

I pray that you will always be;

My love, the best part of me.
