'Angel's Tears'
Rain so softly falling down,
Angel's tears,
striking the ground.
Weeping...ever so...quietly,
Tears forming a
river, then creating a sea.
Angel's tears...for a life gone
wrong;
Washing away pain...before very long.
Drop after
drop...striking the land,
Telling lost souls, they are out of 'His'
hand.
A love ending, another marriage died,
Rain fell
down...as all of the angels cried.
A young woman lost...while trying to
give life,
Drops falling for the loss and the pain and
strife.
A child 'locked out'...a latch key kid,
No one to
see what this child did.
But the angels saw, pulled him from the
street,
Tears fell again, a child alone...but so
sweet.
The angels watched...with tears in their eyes
While
another overdoses...on drugs, and dies.
Tears fall...and hit...the
angel's chest,
As another A.I.D.S. patient is laid to
rest.
Rain from their eyes as the angels see,
The homeless
persons pain and misery.
So many tears, from God's angels do
flow,
As a small sea..into a ocean grows.!
Rain from the
angel's eyes, striking the earth,
Each asking 'Lord,' how much is just
one person worth?'
