Captain Moonbeard

Captain Moonbeard

A Poem by Dripping Chocolate Madness
"

There's a theme developing here

"
On a mission
On my skiff
Sailing towards the moon
Quite pissed
I tried to catch your kiss
But missed
I have to blame the rum

Although the stars marry, then split
Although my sight right now is s**t
Forgetting about my rum soaked wit...
You still know I will come

I'll crash upon your rocky shores
To rescue you from those sons of w****s
Those sadnesses, angers, and the bores
That have trapped my sun

I'll end this endless lessened light!
I'll make the sky again be bright!
I'll tear them limb from limb on sight!
Those fuckers better run

I simply am engaged by your pirate fixation now. So many characters hewn from the sea salt spray of your imagination. In this a promise made that would be hard to resist!

Come, fellow Knight!
The sun awaits!

... Rosebud
Nice! A touch of action, adventure and romance.
With a bit of edge and bravado.
