![]() Coma ChameleonA Poem by Dripping Chocolate Madness![]() You come and go![]() Boozy cloud Fumble 'round Hit the alarm Knock it down Try to groan Try to shout Just can't seem to get it out There's a haze Of greens and greys It permeates The entire space It's in my hair and on my face No, wait... I shaved my head. My guitar, Elaine Lays there in pain The strain is plain She's been played in twain And spanked with canes Through the refrains She won't complain She loves it All my clothes And some of those that I suppose Might not be Are here and there And there, and here A trail to tell where went me. I follow them to messy end There, beside the door My socks and shoes stood end on end I've no idea what for. I stood confused At why my shoes Might be set like that And while I pondered this debacle That's when I saw my hat. Inside out and upside down And beaten half to death I shook my head "Oh well." I said. And went right back to bed.
