Where did you go?A Poem by Dripping Chocolate MadnessDon't do drugs, kids. Drugs are bad.We had unbottled a travesty of dreams. Covered the town in a deep purple mist. We were never spotted, But they heard our laughter. Raucous, righteous, and pure. We bundled our feet in asphalt, And danced along the edge of a razor, Until the dogs caught your scent. Canella, Coffee and Caramel. We set them to howl at our dancing shadows as we waltzed off into the wild, December lights. Guzzling kerosene and traipsing down the shattered mirror highway, Where I might have found you again.
