THE LITTLE GIRLA Poem by markA poem/short story about a girl who lost her parents at sea and were then rescued. Hope you all like it.The little girl was sitting lonely on the ground, Crying because her parents haven't been found. They were lost at sea during a very heavy storm, With water ice cold, they struggled to keep warm. The little girl was scared because it's been too long, She is doing whatever she can to still stay strong. The little girl was asking everyone If they had seen her mum and dad. Nobody could give her a real answer, And suddenly they started to feel bad. The little girl had no idea what to think, Whether the boat was saved, or did it sink? The little girl then went and sat by the shore, She went to do this so she can cry some more. The little girl looked out to sea, With the view black as night. The little girl then looked up And smiled with such delight. The little girls parents were Then brought onto the sand. The little girl then grabbed Onto each one of their hand. The little girls family walked off together. The little girl was now more happy than ever.
