Chapter 8A Chapter by Roxi LTabitha
I walked down the staircase and into the dining room. There was a large mahongany table full of food in the center of the room. On the right wall there was a china cabinet full of my mother's finest china. On the left, a doorway to the kitchen stood. I sat in the chair futhest from the rest of them at the end of the table and rested my hand on my hands. My name is Tabitha Marrin. I am 16 about to turn 17. I have black hair and hazel eyes. I repeated the chant to myself mentally. Some times the thoughts in my head get mixed and I have to remember certin things, like my name, age, and what I look like. "Are you okay Tabitha?" Marcus asked. He always got worried when it happened. "Just fine." I said, my voice breaking. A headache came on suddenly and I gripped the table. "She doesn't look fine." I heard Marcus say. "I told you I'm fine." I rasied my voice a little. "I didn't say anything, Tabitha." I gripped the table with all of my might and took my hands away bloody. I took a piece of pizza that layed on the table infront of me and ran up to my room. When I closed the door to my room the headache almost completly left and things were distant. "Tabithia are you okay? You look like you've seen Death himself." Griffin asked. His eyes were full of worry. I held my hands out so he could see the gashes in them. His eyes grew wide. "Wait here one second." He said and ran into the bathroom. 3 seconds later he ran out with a first aid kit and some gause in his hand. "Put these in your palms and squeeze, don't stop until I tell you to." I did as he said and within a few minutes the bleeding started to slow and he wrapped cloth strips around my hands and tied them in place. "The bleeding should stop in a little bit." Griffin said as he walked into the bathroom to put the first aid kit away. "Im so glad she's okay." I heard as my headache returned. "Did you sat something?" I asked Griffin. He shook his head. "No why?" "I thought I heard you say something like 'I'm glad she's okay'. It was proboly nothing." I shrugged. I looked at Griffin and his eyes were wide. "What is it?" I asked. "Tabitha this may sound weird, but hear me out, okay?" I nodded and sat down. "I am an Angel, you are half angel and your the only hope that humanity has of surviving." © 2011 Roxi LAuthor's Note
