Depressed

hope

If you are depressed right now, I am thinking of you.

I know what its like.

I get that way too.

I know it is hard right now but you will make it through.

It will pass my friend.

I have proven this time and again.

You may think it will not pass, this feeling you loath will not go away.

I assure you it will, you just have to make it through today.

Think of the people you love and that love you too.

We have never met but I care about you.

Because we are alike you see.

I will tell you what helps when it happens to me.

I get on craigslist and look at whats free.

It really helps when I am blue and it may help you too.

Take my advice and you will see,

plus you will get a lot of good stuff for free.

Funny s**t. I like it, but a serious subject. I travel the rail of light and dark but maintain. Many need to hear these words when they are so far in the darkness of depression they see not even a pinhole of light in their future. As the saying goes in crisis. "A permanent solutions to a temporary matter". Always give yourself time to move into another day or week. There is light out there and help if you ask and look for it.. Thank you for sharing.
