Balance is eternal still and wise, it is where the cooling expansion of radiation starts and the heating compression of gravitation ceases. 

From balance universe starts and to balance it returns - universe is eternal and wise but lacks peace as it moves eternaly.

From universe the bodies like stars and planets are made which are wise but they are not eternal and they are not still.

From universal bodies the creatures are made, they are mortal restless and lack wisdom so they should get wisdom first to find eternity and peace.
