Roxas Has A Heart (Last Part)

This is where Roxas story ends and another one of Sora's adventure began. Right now Roxas has been placed in a virtual Twilight Town(after Riku defeated him) so the Organization wouldn't find him

Roxas~(Cont.)

When I sleep to rest my nerves 

This boy pops up in my dreams

His name is Sora 

So bizarre that life has been throwing me curves

And its pointless to disbelieve

*Sigh* 

Another dream about him

I woke in a cozy bed, with room freshly refurbished

Hearing the chronic mundane bell chime

The familiarity of it soothes my conscience

So I unlatched open the windows to look down below

A mediocre town this is, it felt right

It makes me want to just daydream and reflect on my ego

The train hooted off in the distance

Taking in the fresh air, 

Got dressed and went to the Usual Spot

Where my friends: Hayner, Pence, and Olette 

Awaited for my presence

They were sitting around looking fraught

Ripening the atmosphere with their fret

Problems had already emerged

The people of Twilight Town were calling us thieves

We didn't know what they were going on about

It didn't take long to find out what was wrong

Explaining this now, would be far too long

So I'll skip ahead and give you a debrief

Beyond the shadow of a doubt....

It was as though time had stopped

Out of nowhere, this creature with frantic movements

Snatches the photos which were believed to be stolen

I ran after it in hopes of retrieving those moments

This creature was fast as it whisked off toward the woods

Couldn't grasp why it would steal ordinary goods

When I cornered it I got topped

The wierd thing is, the photos were of.... me

With its words.... "Welcome back my liege."

Whatever it was rambling about beats me

This zipper-faced freak wasn't going to get away

Not until I get back those photos

For some reason, I couldn't make a scratch with this stick

Whatever swing I did, was a miss 

As though a dance, the creature made a sway

Then out of nowhere, a keyblade shaped into my hand

For me this appeared to be very loco

But I was able to beat it this time

Purpose done, the keyblade vanished from sight

Alot of things has happened to me 

And it wasn't for the plain eye to see

Afterwards, me and my friends had fun together

Visiting the other part of Twilight Town that has seven wonders

Spooky steps that changes number, 

Walls that shoot out balls

Seeing a doppelganger under a small waterfall, 

Moans from a tunnel

A bag hopping up and down on the hills

(Which was a dog by the way lol)

Can't forget about the ghost train

Last but not least, the mansion

Another fun thing we did 

Was participate in a tournament

Since summer vacation was almost over

We planned to go all out

I won of course, and the prize were four orbs

This was a memorial to us but somehow I lost mine

While we were in the train the others took out theirs

But missing that moment took out a shine

Why this stuff is happening to me 

I just don't have a.... clue

The girl in the window turns out to be Namine

She explains more about myself and some of my past

A few times she visits me  

But she saw me one time too many

And was taken away too soon to last

The words of hers that I remember that sort of hurt

Was that I wasn't meant to exist

She wasn't trying to be harsh 

Just letting me know the truth

So am I beginning to rue

I forgot to mention that this dude 

With fire red spiky hair was on my tail

We crossed paths ever since my strange occurrences

But he wanted me to remember

Namine told his name was Axel

Sadly, I don't.... not trying to be rude

Just wanted this all to be over and yell

My friends told me not to go to the mansion

But I needed to find the truth about myself

Before Namine was kidnapped she told me 

We'll see each other again

I may not know it's her and she may not know it's me

That was her promise, for my ears only and no one else 

As I'm venturing down into the basements of this household

Axel shows up and we had a fiery battle

In the midst of it, fought with two meteoric keyblades 

After I beat him I was reminded 

The memories of my past happened not too long ago

He didn't want me to turn on the Organization....

"If you get on their bad side then they'll destroy you!"

But in reply,

"No one would miss me...."

And I had walked off

I know now that we were best friends

The bonds we had wasn't sure to end

Trust me...

As he faded into a dark portal he said,

"Lets meet again in the next life."

Me-"And I'll be waiting."

He looked down with regret and said,

"Silly, just because you have a next life."

And vanished

He was only trying to bring me back to the Organization

He sent those creatures after me, Nobodies

Why is my life so complicated 

I end up hurting the people close to me

Its not my intention

Continuing on, soon I found Sora 

In his pod sleeping and floating in mid-air

With saddened I eyes I realized

"Looks like my summer vacation is.... over."

 With those words, I joined with Sora. Leaving my past behind....

When he awoke Sora was joyous to meet Donald and Goofy again 

Where they could start their journey to look for his friends 

Then.... he met up with my friends, Hayner, Pence, and Olette

He was going to leave to go to another world 

Before he arrived to get on the train I cried deep within Sora 

In a way, I felt like I was abandoning my friends 

It just wasn't fair why this was my path to an end

A tear fell down Sora's eyes... it was my tear.

 

   

 

Author's Note

Roxas is now unaware of his past. The normality of playing with his friends felt real to him. But deep down he knew something wasn't right. He now has to join back with Sora despite the life he has. I hope you enjoy this final piece of Roxas.

Now this part, I know of, but it was still so sad. Poor Roxas. I miss him, even if he is part of Sora. This was great! I loved it.

And how do you find the music that fits so perfectly for these stories? It makes it even sadder, and better.

This is well done, William.. I feel like I know Roxas and I have sympathy for his plight. Everyone should be able to live their own life and it is a shame he had to reemerge with Sora. You did a good job with the flow of this until the end when it became just a big paragraph.. would rather see it in verse like the rest. Well done.
