Daughters Of ZuesA Poem by Ursula Kay VosI want to talk to my Muse and ask her my way But I stop and ask Which do I speak to today?
Shall I name one and not the other? Inspire jealosy, among the sisters!
No! I would rather stay and play. Sit, and pen homage to the Godessess Of Poetry At least for Today
My spectrum broadens, my pen thrives now but maybe another night I will wish to visit my other love!
Brushing love, and creating beauty in another medium?
So I will remember my roots. Thank those who loved, this wild child girl, who could never get enough!
Always searching a new task, looking at new things!
Reading a new book or watching, the humming birds drink.
There have always been too many things, that caught my eye
Tonight my pen has me.
Tomorrow, well time flys!
One thing about writing, that always brings me back new forms to discover, new challenges I can attack!
The doing is fun and allows my expression, but the learning keeps me going and is my essence.
So as I close for the night a silent wish goes out,
That Clio helps me learn, And Thailia doesn't laugh at my expense tonight!
