poem28

I had a dream

where i was the center of

the universe

it sounds good 

but really it went from bad

to that much worse

all creation  all life

all thought  all emotion

all being

it weighed on my 

hollow soul and sent 

my mind reeling

the pressure to great

and it came from all

sides

and i felt us all moving

caught in great cosmic

tides

all this fit

in the size of a 

though

i left my body

and now watched

it rot

i controlled nothing

i was only a center 

point

an outline around

everything and moving at the

joint

i no longer existed

as far as i 

knew

and whats worse

when i awoke

the dream had come true
