A Young GirlA Poem by UponTheBrinkAnother old one. I guess I never really speak to her anymore...but I never forgot.A young girl, eyes tinged hazel and brown Like autumn leaves fallen to the ground. A young girl, smile so sweet It could warm you from head to feet. A young girl, lovely hair ever flowing. A young girl, a young woman and growing. A young woman, soon to be free. Oh, the sights, the sights she will see! But now she is stuck in this cold lonely place, But she is not alone, for I am here to stay.
