Suicide At Death

Suicide At Death

A Poem by Serena Kaye
"

We all have it in us.(:

"

How do I breathe without you?

How do I live without you?

It’s all one thing,

Right after another,

How much more can I take?

Will I last another year?

Or will die?

Will it be suicide?

Suicide at death,

I believe so,

It’ll all be gone,

They say fly!

That’s just what I’ll do,

Give me the time,

Don’t waste it,

I have better to do,

So just hand over that knife,

And you won’t have to deal,

Deal with me anymore,

This is my death,

Suicide At Death.

Amazing job in this, the expression here is awfully morose and dark; just how I love it. The ending is quite haunting; if I do say so myself. The questions stated in this are common among many people suffering from depression.
Good job.
