A Poem by Justin Flume

Welcome
I bid you dearest
Now let me digest the last of the
rotten corpse i was eating
Leave the disgust at the door
For I am a man no more
I am something lesser than that
A demon of gluttony so evil and fat
I'll take your heart
Then I will sink it in the shark pool
And now I'm afraid that I must be leaving
The touch is lost
The faith is gone

Moriamur simul
Huius eterne pulchra ignorantia
Nunc enim sum iacebunt in mea loculo
Nam dimittamini nunc igitur
Nunc enim ego diligam vos
Nunc enim morietur

I think the latin adds to the effect.
The poem itself was quite gruesome.
Rotten corpses.. Yuck. I liked this, however.
Keep it up.

No weakness in the poem. Just a road trip into torment and wild visions. I like the description. Latin language added to the tone of the poem. Thank you for sharing the excellent poem.

Powerful poem.

Beautiful use of Latin. It gives the poem a new gloomy dimension.
