A Poem by Juliet
"

-----

"
anytime you come around I try to understand
why you work the way you do, but you rocked shut
so that no one could get you to open up.

i don't care about anything bad that happened to you.
there are plenty of my own problems to worry about
without yours driving me mad.

you're a walking closet full of holy sweaters,
all of your skeletons, dirty little secrets
and that moth ball smell.

inside holds all of those things that
you hold onto, but you shouldn't;
you know better.

it'd be nice to get some fresh air.
you'll see that soon enough.
