I drank too much and I miss you.

I drank too much and I miss you.

A Poem by Juliet
"

"
It is in these times
That I wonder if I have a heart at all.
I don't feel so much,
Now that we're gone.
Now that you're you, and I'm I

Interesting little poem. I enjoyed it. I think the "I don't feel so much." line might be a lie, but a lie that works in the context of this poem and in conjunction with the title.
Nice work. Really cool.

Apart doesn't fit. We still spend time together, we still talk every day, but the unity we felt disappeared straight into thin air as our lives grew apart and away. We can't not because us, but because our situation. Gone better elaborates the desperation.

I'm curious as to why you used the word gone rather than apart? I like the way you wrote this a lot. The short poems tend to have a lot of impact. I feel it here.
