End

End

A Poem by Tigran Avoundjian
"

old restored

"

Here we are,
Alone at last,
Nagasaki
We had a blast.
Napalm death,
And funeral pyres,
The explosions
Burning higher.

Here we are,
Alone at last,
On the edge,
Awaiting the crash.
Nuclear winter,
And radioactive snow,
A blazing fury,
Neon glow.

Here we are,
Alone at last,
Stuck on an island,
We've destroyed the past.
Age of darkness,
Absence of light,
Hypnotizing spirals,
Mesmerize your mind.
