Proofreading for Hire?

Question for y'all.

Hello! Since you're all writers, I wanted to ask this: is there a good place you know of (website, etc.) to offer proofreading services/editing for fiction writers? I've found places for more professional proofreading and whatnot, but I've had trouble finding places where fiction writers are asking for such things. I'm still in college, and many of the business people looking for proofreaders want someone with degrees (so I'm out of luck there). But proofreading for fiction writers for a reasonable price/fee.....does anyone know a good place to advertise that kind of thing? I would appreciate any help (or if you know anyone I could talk to).
