A wise friend of mine once told me to just stop and take some me time. Thanks for wisdom it really helped me, maybe it will help you

Stop and take a look around you
Stop long enough check things out

Just stop
Long enough to see how you feel
Long enough to let the temporary pain die down
Long enough to think s**t through

Just stop
Enough with over thinking
Enough with trying to help everyone
Enough with not helping you

Just stop
With out hurting you
With out crushing you
With out ending you

Just stop
Let this be the end of something miserable
Let this be the beginning of something enjoyable
Let this be the time for you

Just stop
And take some you time
You deserve it
